We provide beauty and salon services including, but not limited to, hair styling, skincare, makeup, and grooming. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• We may ask you to confirm by SMS, email, or call.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
• We may refuse future bookings if no-shows are repeated.

• Payment is due when the service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and other methods we display at the salon or on our website.
• Prices may change without notice.

• Services that have been carried out are not refundable.
• If you are not satisfied, tell us as soon as possible so we can respond fairly.

• Tell us about allergies, skin conditions, or other medical factors that could affect your service before we start.
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions if you do not disclose relevant information when asked.

We may refuse service if someone behaves inappropriately or aggressively, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from our services, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.
